Training topic pages at a glance

Find your way around the five training topic pages: the menu entries, cards, toolbar, table columns, topic statuses, empty-table messages and current limits.

Management AZ keeps your organisation's training topics on one page per training type. The five pages share the same cards, toolbar, table and statuses; the dialog for adding a topic and the extra line under each topic change with the type. Use this page to recognise what you see on them.

Where to find the pages

In the menu, under Health & Safety, open Training. The submenu lists four types under Safety Training and a fifth under Organisation. Its other entries, Training sources, Sessions and Annual training schedule, are not topic pages. Every topic page shows Training above its title.

Menu entry and page title Extra line under the details
Introductive
Introductive training
The timing chosen when the topic was added, for example Within the first week.
Occupational
Occupational training
None.
Periodic
Periodic training
How often the topic recurs, or the months in which it recurs.
Additional
Additional training
The first two triggers ticked for the topic, then a plus sign and the number of any others. There is no line when no trigger was ticked.
Organisation-specific (under Organisation)
Organisation-specific training
None. These topics have no timing, schedule or triggers.

Occupational first opens a selection page with that title, where you choose an occupation code; see Find the training topics for an occupation. The topics page of the chosen code is titled with the code and the occupation's name, and Occupational above its title leads back to the selection page.

Above its cards, the Additional page warns Additional topics are not assigned to employees automatically yet. Its Add Topic dialog shows the same warning; see the training types.

Cards and toolbar

The four cards above the table count the topics of this type in the selected jurisdiction: Total Topics (active and inactive together), Active, Inactive and Archived. Select a card to list only the topics in that state; select it again to list all current topics.

A training topics page with the four status cards, the toolbar and a table of three topics with their status, last update and action buttons.
The cards, the toolbar and the table are the same for every training type.
Control What it does
Search training topics... Narrows the rows as you type, matching any text in the row, such as the title, the details or the name of the person who last changed the topic. To list topics by status, use the cards rather than typing a status.
Preview button The icon button immediately before the jurisdiction button. It opens a side panel that lists the titles of all active topics in the table, including those on other pages of rows; see Preview active topics.
Jurisdiction button, for example Romania (tooltip Jurisdiction) Shows the jurisdiction whose topics are listed. Select it to choose another jurisdiction; the page reloads. Romania is the default. Topics are kept separately per jurisdiction, and a topic you add is saved under the one shown here.
Filter Opens a panel with Status (Current items, Active, Inactive, Archived) and a date range on the last change, Last Review From and Last Review To. The rows change when you select Apply Filters. Clear Filters resets the filters, the search box and the cards.
Add Topic Opens the dialog for a new topic of this type. A new topic starts as Inactive.

Table columns

Column What it shows
Topic The title, which opens the topic's learning content; the first 15 words of the details; the extra line described above, if any; and the code of the topic's language, for example RO.
Duration Always a dash on these pages.
Status Active, Inactive or Archived, as described below.
Last Updated How long ago the topic was last changed, and by whom. Hover over the time to see the exact date and time.
Actions Three icon buttons, named by their tooltips. Learning Content opens the topic's learning content. Edit lets you change the title, the details and the language. More actions holds the status changes.

To act on several topics at once, tick the box at the start of each row. A bar appears above the table with the actions that fit the selected topics. Tick the box itself: selecting elsewhere on the row can tick it without showing the bar.

Under the table you choose how many rows to show at a time (5, 10, 25 or 50; 10 at first) and move between the pages of rows.

Topic statuses

Status Meaning Offered under More actions
Active The topic has been enabled. Disable, Archive
Inactive Every new topic starts here, and so does a topic that was disabled or restored. Enable, Archive
Archived Taken out of the current list but kept. Listed only when you select the Archived card, or choose Archived under Status in the filter panel and select Apply Filters. Restore, which brings the topic back as Inactive

Each change asks you to confirm it in a dialog first. Topics cannot be deleted permanently in Management AZ.

When the table is empty

  • No topics found: no topic of this type was found for the selected jurisdiction (on an Occupational page, for that code), not even an archived one. Check the jurisdiction button. The same message appears when the topics could not be loaded, so if you expect topics here, reload the page before you add any.
  • No items match your search or filters.: the search, a card or a filter hides every row. The message also appears without any search or filter when every topic on the page is archived; select the Archived card to see them.

Limits

  • Only topics your organisation created are listed. Topics from the platform's default training do not appear on these pages.
  • After you enable or disable a single topic from its More actions menu, the page goes back to Romania. If you were working in another jurisdiction, choose it again with the jurisdiction button.
  • Selecting a column heading does not reorder the rows.
  • The search, the cards, the filters and the paging work on the list as it was when the page opened. To see changes made since then, reload the page in your browser.
