Compliance shouldn't be chased.
It should flow.
Workplace safety runs on paper, email attachments and re-typed spreadsheets — the same certificate is requested, scanned and filed by an employer, a provider and an inspector, and still nobody trusts it. We are building the shared record that replaces all of that: one ecosystem where every party works on the same live data, and compliance becomes a property of the system instead of a monthly scramble.
One record, not copies
A training, medical clearance or aptitude certificate is created once, digitally signed, and visible to everyone entitled to see it — the moment it exists.
Every party on the network
Employers, employees, safety, medical and psychology providers, and local and national authorities each get their own platform — seven platforms reading and writing the same record.
Evidence by default
Every action is timestamped and signed when it happens. Audits, inspections and legal defence start from records that already exist — not from a document hunt.
Where we're going
Today, Safety AZ digitizes the compliance work that organizations and their providers already do. Next, connectors bring the systems authorities already run — inspection registries, permit databases — into the same normalized record, so oversight works from live data instead of requested spreadsheets.
The end state is an operating layer for workplace compliance: laws and requirements published into the network the day they pass, obligations mapped to people automatically, and proof generated as a by-product of work being done. When that loop closes, compliance stops being an industry of chasing — and becomes infrastructure.
