Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 September 2026These terms govern your use of this website and, together with your subscription order, the Safety AZ platforms operated by Tunet Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 13472660), whose registered office is at 117 Waldeck Street, Reading, England, RG1 2RF. By using the website or a platform you accept these terms.
1. The website
The content of this website is provided for general information about the Safety AZ ecosystem. Product interfaces shown on this site are illustrative previews, not live customer data. We may change the website, its content and published pricing at any time; changes do not affect prices already agreed in a subscription order.
2. The platforms and subscriptions
- Access to the Safety AZ platforms is provided under a subscription between us and the subscribing organization. Published list pricing for organizations is £3 per employee per month, with volume discounts for larger teams; the price applicable to you is the one stated in your order.
- Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- The subscribing organization remains responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data it and its users enter into the platforms.
- Processing of personal data inside the platforms is governed by the data processing agreement between us and the subscribing organization, and by our privacy policy.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website or platforms unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or data;
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the services;
- copy, resell or sublicense the services except as your subscription permits.
4. Compliance responsibility
Safety AZ is a tool that supports occupational health and safety compliance. It does not replace legal advice, and using it does not by itself discharge any legal obligation. Responsibility for compliance with applicable law remains with the subscribing organization and its advisers.
5. Intellectual property
The website, the platforms, and all associated software, design and content are owned by us or our licensors. Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platforms for their internal business purposes for the duration of their subscription. Data entered by a subscriber remains the subscriber's.
6. Availability and support
Service levels, support channels and maintenance windows are set out in the subscription order or the service-level annex referenced by it.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability arising out of the website or a subscription is limited as set out in the subscription order or, for website-only use, to £100.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Subscribers' termination rights, notice periods and data-return arrangements are set out in the subscription order and data processing agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
